One new trainee at HORSTKEMPER

At HORSTKEMPER Maschinenbau Lukas Hanebrink ist starting his three-and-a-half-year apprenticeship as precision mechanics.

In 2021, another year marked by the pandemic, HORSTKEMPER Maschinenbau has been providing one young people with the opportunity to start their training since the beginning of August.

Lukas is learning the profession of precision mechanic - focus on mechanical engineering and are gaining insight and expertise in all areas of the profession through HORSTKEMPER's large in-house production depth. Exemplary for this is the newly acquired laser cutting machine in 2020, which is supplemented by a hydraulic CNC trimming press.

For more than 70 years HORSTKEMPER has been offering young people the opportunity to learn the profession of precision mechanic. A well-founded apprenticeship, in which the trainees successively pass through the various departments for the manufacture of our machines and systems over the entire training period, enables the sustainable transfer of all skills and knowledge of the profession and at the same time forms an excellent basis for a successful career in mechanical engineering.

With a continuously high training quota, HORSTKEMPER has been making an active contribution to the next generation of skilled workers for many years.
