For more than 7 decades HORSTKEMPER Maschinenbau has been offering young people the opportunity to learn the profession of precision mechanic. A well-founded apprenticeship, in which the trainees successively pass through the various departments for the manufacture of our machines and plants over the entire training period, enables the sustainable imparting of all skills and knowledge of the profession and at the same time forms an excellent basis for a successful career in mechanical engineering. With an average training quota of 10%, HORSTKEMPER has been making an active contribution to the next generation of skilled workers for many years.
