Angular Transfers

Modern production lines achieve optimum utilization of production space by use of angular transfers. Angular transfers are used to transfer materials (plates, stacks, bars etc.) in complex production lines. They are designed for a wide range of loads. The throughput direction of the workpieces in a conveyor line is changed by angular transfers at an angle of 90° or 180°. Individual, light workpieces as well as large, heavy stacks may be transported. Depending on requirements, angular transfers are operated by motor, pneumatically or hydraulically. Synchronisation is ensured by a lever mechanism. Through individual use of such components, we can realize extremely high cycle outputs as well as weights.
