The Horstkemper team has been supported by two young people since August 1, 2020.
Despite a year marked by a pandemic, HORSTKEMPER Maschinenbau is still offering Jonas Brunnert the opportunity to start his mechanical training as a precision mechanic. In addition, mechanical engineering student Sarah Lummer is getting to know the extensive and varied activities of mechanical engineering in production and design during her semester breaks in the course of an internship.

For more than 65 years HORSTKEMPER has been offering young people the opportunity to learn the profession of precision mechanic. A well-founded apprenticeship, in which the trainees successively pass through the various departments for the manufacture of our machines and systems over the entire training period, enables the sustainable transfer of all skills and knowledge of the profession and at the same time forms an excellent basis for a successful career in mechanical engineering.

With a training quota of 10%, HORSTKEMPER has been making an active contribution to the next generation of skilled workers for many years.
