Destackers

Destackers by HORSTKEMPER are used in front of hydraulic or mechanical tandem press lines, transfer and large-capacity suction presses, but also servo press lines. Here we always ensure that the destacker, as per customer requirement, needs to be the fastest part within the press line. 

At the same time, our destackers are highly efficient and are based on solution-oriented mechanical engineering. HORSTKEMPER: provides a one-stop-shop solution from retrofitting and upgrading of existing destackers, in some areas with modular machines, to highly automated destackers with fully automatic tool change. 

Our line concepts, mainly constructed in T-form or in-line, convince by high flexibility in processing. ranging from single to multiple blanks with different geometries and materials (steel and aluminium blanks) as well as high system availability.
Thanks to its integrated production capacities, HORSTKEMPER has maximum process know-how in the destacker segment and high added value in the production of machine and plant components.
Other machines for surface treatment required in the destacker area are easily integrated mechanically and from the control-side by defined interfaces.
