Stack Turning Unit for blanks

Prior to blank stacks being fed to the destacker, it is often necessary to align and turn the stacks coming from the blank cutting unit. HORSTKEMPER stack turning units are designed for a load capacity of 20 tons and maximum stack measures of 4,500 x 2,200 mm. Stacks can automatically be fed to the stack turning unit via our standard conveyors and removed again after turning. Clamping of stacks usually occurs hydraulically. All stack turning units can be loaded with or without a pallet. For this purpose, a special holding design for the upper pallet was developed. It holds the upper pallet after the turning process on the clamping frame of the turning unit.
