Magnetic and Vacuum lines

HORSTKEMPER's magnetic lines are partially equipped with magnets and thus ensure non-positive drive of ferritic blanks. Often blanks are accelerated with more than 10m/s². To ensure optimum grip, magnetic lines are equipped with specifically coated belts. HORSTKEMPER also offers corresponding equipment options for non-magnetic blank material. For example, for the processing of aluminium blanks conveyor lines are additionally equipped with vacuum technology. Consequently, a magnetic line becomes a hybrid line. Further equipment options are: telescopic ability of lines, individual height and lateral adjustment, integrated belt cleaning.
