Shuttle Systems

Destacker solely equipped with lubrication may be fitted with shuttle systems for centring and transporting blanks. The advantage of a shuttle system is the fact that moulded blanks with geometrically challenging shapes and multiple blanks may be centred, transported, and lubricated easily and reliably via the individual centring nests. Here the centring nest picks up the blank from the destacker and transports it safely through the oiling process to its loading position at the first press.
