Spreading Stations

HORSTKEMPER supplies the complete separation technology for the separation of blanks for destacking stations. Here the separation of steel blanks by means of spreading magnets as well as of non-ferritic materials such as aluminium or stainless-steel blanks is possible.

For this purpose, individual solutions have been designed, which achieve, in combination with common spreading magnets, excellent separation results. Separation technology used for these materials ranges from additional blow nozzles to mechanical separators and suction frames with peel-off function. In this set-up the degree of automation of the spreading station may be individually configured.
