Centring Stations

The centering station is the central element of mechanization in hot forming | press hardening. Directly behind the furnace is the centering station, which brings the 950°C hot blanks exactly into position, so that they can then be gripped as quickly as possible and conveyed in the correct position into the press tool inside the press. HORSTKEMPER supplies the centering stations for all common furnace types. In particular, centering stations for roller hearth and lift conveyor furnaces as well as combined lift and centering systems for double-deck furnaces with product carriers have been developed and successfully launched on the market. In addition to the high degree of automation, the multi-part production of blanks arranged next to each other and one behind the other is also standard.
