Destacking feeder | Destacking robot

Generally, destacking robots or destacking feeders are used for the stacking process in hot forming | press hardening. While HORSTKEMPER standardly integrates 6-axis robots in many systems, notably in multi-part production, there is a requirement for longer reach of the destacker. For such lines we use highly dynamic destacking feeder systems with up to four driving axes. In addition to freely configurable lift length with a long range within individual linear axes, they also enable high travel speed and the possibility of aligning the blanks.
