Container Stations

Container stations are situated at the end of an End-of-Line system. Moulded components are placed in containers, mesh boxes or stacking racks and stacked to be transported to further processing such as body-in-white-lines. Especially for fully automated End-of-Line systems, our container stations are equipped with pre-centring devices for repeatable and accurate container insertion. In addition, our systems are equipped with sophisticated protection concepts to enable automated stacking and container exchange within the container station.
