Robotic Systems
HORSTKEMPER uses all types of common robots for the automatic stacking of workpieces in the End-of-Line area. Components are, precisely positioned, drawn in by the tooling attached to the robot and placed in containers. The exact positioning of the robots within the system is a decisive criterion for cycle time, so that robots may attain full performance within their range of coverage. In addition to the robot bases, application-specific equipment such as tooling couplings, vacuum generators and automatic tooling change doors are part and parcel of our service and also includes a full motion simulation prior to realization of the system.
