Based on the patented waverail® system, HORSTKEMPER implements cycle and flow assembly lines that enable a scalable assembly. The rail system is also suitable for the rail-bound transport of large-format and bulky workpieces, such as fuselage segments and supports precise positioning and controlled movement of the components along the process chain.
In addition, HORSTKEMPER designs and manufactures drone hangars for various types of drones, including VTOL systems or multicopters in collaboration with our partner GlobeUAV. The hangars are remotely controllable and are adapted to the respective mission scenarios, climatic conditions, environmental requirements, and drone types. They enable safe operation, protection, and automated takeoff, landing and docking processes for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) for the purposes of site protection, fire prevention or logistics.
