Depending on the situation, this may involve not only assessing the structural suitability of the floor, but also creating an elevation profile. Based on this, the track layout for the waverail® system is determined in consultation with the customer.
Installation of the waverail® system

Assembly is performed based on the drawings for the assembly fixtures in the following order:
- Mark and cut the rail groove in the screed according to the HORSTKEMPER drawing (width and depth). Pre-assemble the rail system with overlapping joints next to the slots.
- Mount the mounting devices on the rails and align the track [The minimum height tolerance is +/- 1.0 mm over a length of 5,000 mm].
- Cover the rails with waterproof tape to protect them from dirt.
- Cast the non-shrinking, quick-drying mortar into the grooves.
- Once the mortar has dried, the mounting fixtures are removed.
- Once the adhesive tape has been removed, the waverail® is ready for use [Please allow the mortar to cure before applying any load].
