HORSTKEMPER Maschinenbau GmbH welcomes new apprentices
In 2023, the HORSTKEMPER team is once again actively addressing the shortage of skilled workers by hiring three new apprentices who are to be trained as industrial mechanics.
Through previous internships completed at our company, we were able to inspire these recent high school graduates to pursue our trade, and we welcomed them on August 1, 2023, as they began their 3.5-year apprenticeship.
Exciting challenges in mechanical engineering, including robotics applications, are now waiting to be discovered and learned. Felix Vertkersting, Michael Röhr, and Marleen Seyda (from left) have already had their first encounters with automation in mechanical engineering.
We are very pleased that, for the first time, we have been able to recruit a young woman for our mechanical engineering apprenticeship program. The entire HORSTKEMPER team is highly motivated to share its expertise and warmly welcomes the new apprentices.
