Two More Horizontal Straightening Presses Successfully Delivered 

With press forces of 4,000 kN each, we meet specific requirements 

With the successful delivery of two additional horizontal straightening presses, each with a pressing force of 4,000 kN, we have once again successfully completed a complex customer project. The modular systems, featuring horizontal machine beds 8.8 m and 10.5 m long, respectively, will be used in the future for straightening forged work pieces and stand out for their high flexibility and performance.

Thanks to the movable counter-bearing, workpieces of different diameters can be straightened on the same machine. In addition, removable counter bolts of various sizes enable not only the straightening of the workpiece as a whole but also targeted segment-by-segment straightening. The result is a cost-effective and versatile solution for a wide variety of workpiece geometries.

A distinctive feature of the machines is the optimized design of the machine beds. Using extensive FEM analyses, these were designed to achieve ergonomic working heights without the need to construct a machine pit. This reduces the customer’s construction costs while simultaneously simplifying operation and maintenance.

From development and design to control technology, manufacturing, and assembly, our straightening presses are produced entirely in-house. Thanks to this high degree of vertical integration, we develop custom-built special-purpose machines that are precisely tailored to our customers’ requirements - from individual machines to small production lots. Together with our customers, we create solutions that sustainably increase productivity, process reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

We are therefore all the more pleased that our quality management system has now been certified to ISO 9001 for the first time. This certification officially confirms what we have been practicing for many years: a consistent focus on quality, continuous improvement, and the reliable fulfillment of our customers’ requirements.
