Before stacks of blanks are fed into the destacker, they often need to be positioned and turned. Our blank stack turners serve as high-performance turning devices for loads up to 20 metric tons and stack sizes up to 4,500 × 2,200 mm. The stacks are automatically fed in via our standard conveyor systems and outfed after turning. Clamping is typically performed hydraulically. All stack turners can be loaded with or without a pallet; a special holding system securely fastens the top pallet to the clamping frame during the turning process.

In many production lines, workpieces must be turned over for further processing. To address this, we have developed drum turners that integrate seamlessly into the process chain. The components are fed securely via integrated conveyor systems and a clamping mechanism and then turned by 180°. The drum turners have a modular design and are designed for various sizes and load capacities.
