Stacking Systems
In blank cutting systems targeted stacking of the blank cuts is of the essence. Stacking capacities of 30 lifts/min. and more are often achieved. HORTSKEMPER supplies appropriate stacking equipment for the so-called "Blanking Lines". Existing lines in particular are often equipped with an additional side stacker to separately collect medium to large blank cuts.
The adaptable side stackers remove blank cutouts directly from the tool, stack them in a targeted manner, and automatically adjust the conveyor lines to the rising stack level. With two stacking stations, the stacking process can proceed with minimal interruption during station changes. The mobile side stackers can also be disconnected from the system for tool changes or standard operation.
HORSTKEMPER supplies line conveyors for stacking systems with various properties. The conveyor lines can be equipped with combined magnetic and vacuum systems, automatic height and lateral adjustment, and special conveyor belts for safe blank transport. A telescopic capability is also available upon request.
The stacking systems feature alignment stations that enable precise stacking of the blanks . HORSTKEMPER offers alignment systems which can be manually adjusted or fully automatically adjusted, and are freely configurable for maximum efficiency.
In stacking systems, stacker trolleys are the central element of the stacking process. They are available as stationary stacking tables or mobile trolleys with an alignment function and ensure precise stacking results.
